Space GliderSpace Glider: Italian-market release

Released in 1976, this was a heavy duty figure, made almost entirely out of die-cast metal. Based on the Takara Super Steel Microman M21X, Space Glider came in 3 different colors; blue, gold, and green. Detachable parts included the hands and wrist cuffs, helmet and wingpack (otherwise known as a "dash wing"),. In the Italian Gig context, it belongs with the i Micronauti checklist rather than the U.S.-only archive.

Archive Notes

Space Glider is included from the expanded Gig / i Micronauti checklist supplied for the project. Where the Italian release shares Takara/Mego tooling, the page uses the matching toy-photo archive set and identifies the Italian-market context separately.
